Training Tips For The Best Routine In The Morning

Is it difficult for you to get out of a warm bed in the morning? Do you need a coffee as soon as you get up? Or are you in such a bad mood in the morning that people avoid you?

1. Do Stretches

With a few gentle stretches before getting out of bed, you will activate your body and get it going for the new day.

2. Put Your Phone Aside

More than 30% of people look at their smartphone in the first 5 minutes after waking up. Leave it alone. Staring at the phone screen just when you wake up increases stress levels.

3. Let The Sun Enter The Room

Raise the blind and part the curtains: the light sends a signal to the brain with the message that it is time to get up and stop producing melatonin, a sleep-regulating hormone. Open the windows to let in fresh air.

4. Take 5 Minutes

Take 5 minutes of relaxation in the morning. Enjoy those minutes while having tea or coffee, writing a list of things to do, or you can even make a list of things that you are happy about. There is nothing better than starting the day in a positive way!

5. Have Breakfast

Never have time for a delicious breakfast ? About 18% of men and 13% of women between the ages of 35 and 54 skip breakfast. Why don’t you get up 15 minutes earlier? A nutritious breakfast gives you energy and stabilizes glucose levels throughout the afternoon and evening. You will feel full stomach and you will not eat unhealthy snacks during the day.
